These are three different Anahs. Two are men (Genesis 36:20, 24), and one is a woman (Geneis 36:2). There are two Zibeons; one in Genesis 36:2, and the other, mentioned in Genesis 36:20, who named his own son after his brother Anah.
Many names even in our culture are common (e.g., William or John) and can be either male or female (e.g., Jessie or Taylor). The fact that the Bible contains chronologies similar to real-life experience is evidence that it is true, not evidence that it contains contradictions.
